Chickens!!!!

Adeline loves chickens!  It is not unnormal for Australians to have a chook pen in their backyard...even in the city.  They love them here!  Daniels Dad had some chicks and Adeline was loving it!

Moms Visit

Our trip to Booti Booti National Park...we had such a fun time.  The water was warm and Adeline had such a fun time playing in the water!

Happy Father's Day Daniel!

It was Father's Day this Sunday and we had such a great day. It started out with homemade applesauce pancakes and opening some cards, then we moved outside to play with the dog and take some pictures. Daniel wanted to go to a steam engine/tractor show with another father from work and we had a great time. Daniel enjoyed checking out all the equipment and Adeline and I had fun with the other kids looking at all the craft booths. Overall it was a fun relaxing day and we all had fun!!

Fearless

So when it comes to animals and bugs, Adeline is a fearless child. Here she has caught a frog and a lizard. She was so upset when she had to let them go that she is still asking me to help her find another one.

My cleaning lady takes kisses for payment!!

We spent another day cleaning...Adeline loves my swiffer sweeper! And amazingly enough she does a great job with only taking hugs and kisses as payment!! I love it!

Adeline's Cooking Class

This last week we spent a lot of time at home so we had to come up with lots of fun things to do....one of them being cooking classes!!! Adeline loved it. We made black currant biscuits with yummy frosting! She loved them and had good fun rolling out the dough. Here she is eating the black currants and making sure "Mommy don't burn this time." She loves to correct me!
